The role will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure platforms, including servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and automation initiatives. You will work closely with regional and global teams to ensure high standards of availability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for technical professionals with strong hands-on experience who enjoy solving complex challenges, driving technological innovation, and delivering regional-scale impact. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and support Windows and Linux server platforms across physical, virtual, and cloud environments. * Manage VMware vSphere-based virtualization infrastructures. * Administer enterprise storage solutions, including capacity planning, performance tuning, provisioning, troubleshooting, and technology refresh. * Participate in technology modernization and cloud transformation initiatives, especially on Azure. * Lead infrastructure lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patching, optimization, and decommissioning. * Resolve complex incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA). * Collaborate with global Engineering, Architecture, Security, Application Development, and Operations teams. * Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk. * Participate in security initiatives, vulnerability remediation, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams. * Contribute to regional infrastructure projects, architectural reviews, and capacity planning. * Serve as the technical escalation point for critical incidents and complex issues. * Identify opportunities for standardization, cost optimization (FinOps), and continuous service improvement. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience administering and supporting corporate infrastructure. * Strong hands-on experience in: + Windows Server + Linux Administration + VMware vSphere + Active Directory + Azure Cloud Services + Backup \& Recovery Solutions * Infrastructure monitoring and automation tools * Enterprise storage platforms (e.g., Dell EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, Pure Storage, or similar) * Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages. * Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure problems. * Experience working in highly regulated corporate environments. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional team skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Storage, or infrastructure technologies. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks. * Knowledge of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, and technology refresh programs. * Experience supporting multi-country regional or global environments. * Familiarity with FinOps practices, observability, and operational analytics. * Experience in cloud migration projects, platform modernization, and hybrid architectures. **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. * Ability to lead complex technical initiatives. * Results-driven mindset with commitment to continuous improvement. * Effective collaboration with global teams and diverse stakeholders. * Adaptability in dynamic, technology-driven transformation environments. **Benefits We Offer** Our benefits are designed to support your holistic well-being — covering physical and mental health, financial wellness, and family support.
