At FenixBA, we are currently searching for a Technician to expand the RMA area of our Operations team. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Desktop PC diagnostics and repair Notebook and MINI PC diagnostics and repair Customer support via WhatsApp Internal technical support for FenixBA staff (notebooks, mobile phones, networks, printers) Requirements: Attention to detail PC assembly and repair course (preferred) Prior experience in PC and notebook diagnostics and repair (technical knowledge assessment will be conducted) (mandatory) Currently studying Information Systems or related field (preferred) Residence in Lanús or nearby areas (mandatory) Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
