We are seeking a **Node Engineer \- Semi-Senior Advanced**, residing in **CABA or Córdoba Capital**, with strong expertise in **Node and AWS services**, results-oriented, and capable of generating impact from day one. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** ###### **Mandatory:** * 4\+ years working with Node.js and TypeScript in high-demand environments. * 3\+ years of experience working with microservices. * 2\+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services. * 4\+ years of experience with diverse databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) for query optimization and general data management. * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins or similar). * Demonstrable experience writing unit and integration tests. ###### **Desirable** * Experience building Serverless solutions using CloudFormation, SAM, or Serverless Framework. * Experience in fintech / banking industry. ###### **Soft Skills** * High level of autonomy when making decisions within the role. * Strong curiosity and openness to continuous learning. * Strong commitment to teamwork and active participation in meetings. * Quality-oriented mindset and dedication to continuous improvement. * Excellent communication skills. * Outstanding proactivity and initiative to propose ideas and solutions. ##### **OFFERING:** * Salary range: between 4\.5 and 5\.5M ARS gross monthly, negotiable. * Employment type: Contractor ARS / Formal employment relationship. * Contract duration: Indefinite. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. * Work modality: Hybrid. * Work arrangement: Requires attending the office once per week. * Office locations: Chacarita (CABA) or Casa Naranja (Córdoba Capital). ##### **ROLE DESCRIPTION** We seek candidates interested in contributing to the stability and evolution of the backend architecture, acting as a driver of quality and scalability.
