Professional development in a technical support environment. ***We Are Hiring a NOC Operator*** A technology company is looking for a Telecommunications student with advanced English proficiency to join its team. We seek a person with excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, patience, adaptability, and customer support orientation. Candidates must possess knowledge of various telecommunications technologies, equipment configurations, network and connectivity monitoring, among others. *MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES* * ⁠ ⁠Network, Satellite Hub, and Networking Infrastructure monitoring. * ⁠ ⁠Alarm management and escalation to Level 2 support providers. * ⁠ ⁠Monitoring of Network Performance KPIs. * ⁠ ⁠Network troubleshooting: diagnosis, analysis, resolution, and isolation of network events. * ⁠ ⁠Support to the Installation team. * ⁠ ⁠Report generation. * ⁠ ⁠Timely and accurate fulfillment of departmental KPIs. * ⁠ ⁠Equipment activation. *REQUIREMENTS* * ⁠ ⁠Proven experience in telephone customer service for B2C and B2B clients. * ⁠ ⁠Proficiency with computer tools and ticketing systems. * ⁠ ⁠Analytical and incident resolution capabilities. * ⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of networks and monitoring. * ⁠ ⁠Flexible working hours (rotating shifts and on-call duties). * ⁠ ⁠Skills including communication, teamwork, customer service, and stress management. * ⁠ ⁠Bilingual English. * ⁠ ⁠Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness for continuous learning. * ⁠ ⁠Technology studies (preferred), Electronic Engineering or related fields.
