At **Atos Argentina**, a leading provider of consulting and technology solutions, we are looking for a **Server Administrator** for a major company in the oil industry. **What We Expect From You:** A Server Administrator with experience in managing, operating, and maintaining IT infrastructures primarily based on Windows Server environments, complemented by fundamental knowledge of Linux systems. Focused on operational continuity, security, task automation, and optimization of corporate service performance. Ability to administer physical and virtualized servers, ensure availability of critical services, and apply best practices in security and system administration. Skilled in efficiently resolving incidents, implementing improvements, and collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams. **The required skills for this position are as follows:** Windows Server Administration: * Management of Active Directory, GPOs, OUs, DNS, and DHCP. * User, permission, shared resource, and security policy administration. * Maintenance of file, print, and critical role servers. * Basic hardening and patch application. * Performance monitoring and use of monitoring tools. Virtualization: * Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi or Hyper‑V environments. * Creation, maintenance, and optimization of virtual machines. * Administration of snapshots, storage, and virtual networks. Linux – Basic / Intermediate Level: * Terminal navigation and essential commands (bash). * Basic service management (systemctl), package management (apt/yum), users, and permissions. * Knowledge of configuration files and system structure. * Simple troubleshooting and system monitoring tasks.
