You will serve as the strategic bridge between area needs and technology, working closely with the development team to transform requirements into solutions. Your management will be critical to ensuring necessary technical documentation and driving tools that enhance organizational efficiency. * #### **Your day-to-day responsibilities** + Gather and interpret user and management requirements. + Engage with area representatives to understand needs and translate them into functional requirements. + Produce functional documentation and improve existing documentation. + Collaborate with the Product Manager and Product Owner and interact with stakeholders. + Record, interpret, analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents. * #### **Mandatory qualifications for this role** + Student or graduate in Systems, Accounting, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. + Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in software ERP implementation roles. + Solid knowledge of Human Resources processes and software. + Experience using design and prototyping tools. * #### **Benefits** + Quarterly salary reviews. + Premium health insurance. + English classes.
