We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate services at one of our clients’ facilities. **Job Responsibilities:** - Monitor and verify that cleaning services are performed in accordance with established standards. - Organize and supervise operational team tasks. - Record and update staff attendance on the attendance tracking website. - Promote an environment of respect, dialogue, and cooperation. - Ensure availability of materials (cleaning supplies) to prevent shortages that could affect service quality. - Conduct ongoing performance monitoring of work teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and development. **Requirements:** - Minimum experience: 1 year in similar roles. - Experience managing work teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Residence in La Plata. **Work Schedule:** 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with one weekly day off.
