We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our cosmetics manufacturing plant located in Lanús Oeste, on-site and full-time. Job Objective: Execute formulas and production orders by preparing, mixing, and producing products according to established procedures, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Responsibilities: Preparation of raw materials according to formulas and production orders. Weighing and dosing of ingredients using scales and measuring units. Mixing and production of cosmetic products (creams, lotions, gels, shampoos, etc.) using appropriate machinery. Monitoring of the production process, verifying times, temperatures, agitation speeds, and other technical parameters. Recording production data on worksheets to facilitate internal tracking. Compliance with GPM standards. Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas before and after each production run. Collaboration with the Quality Department for sampling and product control.
