Job Summary: Ecolab is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to ensure the integrity of accounting information through recording, verification, consolidation, and entry of transactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain subsidiary account balances and the general ledger. 2. Summarize the financial position and comply with legal requirements. 3. Ensure financial information integrity and update databases. At Ecolab, we are seeking a candidate to fill the **Senior Accounting Analyst** position within our General Accounting team for the company’s Global Business Services. The person in this role will ensure the integrity of accounting information through recording, verification, consolidation, and entry of transactions. We are looking for professionals with experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. **Location:** Positions are based at our **Retiro** offices. Work mode: **Hybrid**. **What You’ll Do:** * Maintain subsidiary account balances by verifying, allocating, recording, and reconciling transactions, resolving potential discrepancies; * Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balances, and reconciling entries; * Summarize the financial position by collecting information; * Comply with legal accounting requirements to avoid potential difficulties; * Ensure financial information integrity by completing and maintaining up-to-date database backups. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student of Public Accounting or Business Administration (Mandatory); * 4–5 years of prior experience in General Accounting; * Experience in Auditing (Mandatory); * SAP knowledge; * Advanced English (Mandatory); * Experience in Shared Services is a plus. **Our Commitment to an Inclusive and Belonging Culture** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of all employees and applicants, and to promoting equal employment opportunity principles.
