Distribution Center Manager – Leading Import Company **Location:** Dock Sud We are currently seeking a Distribution Center Manager to join an established import company, recognized within its industry. The role aims to lead and optimize plant logistics operations, ensuring quality standards, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. **Main Responsibilities:** Lead teams in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations. Supervise, coordinate, and train CD operational staff (8 supervisors). Manage logistics processes with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards at the facility. **Requirements:** Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles within medium or large-scale logistics centers. Education or courses in logistics or related fields (desirable). Advanced proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of logistics management tools (WMS and TMS) – Leadership-oriented profile with initiative and results-driven mindset.
