Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operator to perform logistical and operational support tasks, ensuring compliance with routes, deliveries, pickups, procedures, and providing assistance at internal or external locations. Route management and effective communication Grupo Gestión, a leading company in professional services for talent search, selection, and human capital management with over 28 years of experience, is currently seeking a Logistics Operator. · Objective: Execute logistical and operational support tasks, ensuring daily compliance with assigned routes, deliveries, pickups, procedures, and collections as directed by the department. Provide on-site assistance at internal or external organizational locations, and ensure proper transportation of documentation, work materials, and valuables. · Requirements: · -Student pursuing studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (not mandatory). -Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar positions. -Valid driver’s license. -Good knowledge of local routes, contact points, and effective communication skills. -Residence in Rosario (mandatory) · Responsibilities: · Execution of Rotational Department Tasks -Perform daily routes according to the schedule assigned by the department head. -Deliver and collect documentation, valuables, gifts, and materials among branches, Head Office, clients, and suppliers. -Manage procedures at public and private institutions. -Collect payments from assigned clients, ensuring accurate recording and safekeeping. -Verify that collected materials or valuables match those reported by Treasury or other departments. -Record deliveries, receipts, and complaints in corresponding systems (SGI and internal platforms). -Provide support to external collaborators (e.g., delivery of receipts, validation of security items, reporting of incidents, etc.). -Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition, supporting preventive maintenance.  -Archive departmental documentation when required. -Perform operational tasks at client sites according to schedule or service requirements. · Work Modality: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, 100% on-site Location: Rosario, Santa Fe · Our staff enjoys benefits such as: Custom GG Kit Birthday Free-Day Family health insurance plan Meal/Connectivity expenses and/or per diems.
