The Industrial Project Manager / Developer is responsible for leading, planning, and executing technical projects within the company, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and customer requirements. Additionally, they participate in the design, development, and implementation of technological or engineering solutions aimed at optimizing production processes, automation, data management, or new product development. Job Requirements Education Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Automation, Computer Science, or related Engineering degree. Additional training in project management (PMI, Scrum, Lean Manufacturing) is desirable. Experience 2–5 years of experience in industrial, metallurgical, or manufacturing project management.
