Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects. **Position Objective:** Provide direct support in the document management of technical and Health & Safety (HSE)-related projects, ensuring proper issuance, control, traceability, and translation of documents, in compliance with internal and external standards. **Education:** University degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, or Administration. Experience in document control required. **Main Responsibilities:** · Prepare documents for issuance, review, and signature, ensuring correct alignment and formatting. · Translate technical documents from Spanish to English accurately and coherently. · Manage document control processes: versions, internal and external approvals, traceability. · Keep document records and communication matrices up to date. · Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure proper document flow. · Organize and digitally archive documents using collaborative platforms. · Ensure compliance with applicable HSE procedures and documentation standards. **Profile Requirements:** Proven experience in document control within technical, industrial, or engineering projects. Proficiency in tools such as: · SharePoint · Documentum (or other document management platforms) · Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Adobe Acrobat (for PDF file review and editing) Intermediate to advanced level of English (technical reading and writing). Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles – desirable. Ability to work independently, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
