To support its growth, and for its offices located in the city of Rosario, it requires: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST** If you have training and experience in professionalized companies or industries, this opportunity is for you! Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, your mission will be to carry out preventive maintenance routines and perform repair, adjustment, and calibration services on the company’s equipment, ensuring their proper functionality and operational continuity. Some of your responsibilities will include: ● Providing technical support both in-house and on-site, performing installations and maintenance, progressively incorporating remote support tasks. ● Collaborating in planning interventions and coordinating with clients and internal teams. ● Recording and documenting interventions in management systems, ensuring traceability and follow-up. ● Maintaining professional communication focused on customer satisfaction. We expect you to integrate technical knowledge related to the field (electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics) as well as customer-oriented and communication skills, since you will maintain frequent contact with clients and suppliers. A valid driver’s license and availability to travel approximately twice per month to clients within a 300 km radius are required.
