Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, your mission will be to carry out preventive maintenance routines and perform repair, adjustment, and calibration services on the equipment sold by the company, ensuring their proper operation and operational continuity. Some of your responsibilities will include: ● Providing technical support in-house and on-site, performing installations and maintenance, and progressively incorporating remote support tasks ● Collaborating in planning interventions and coordinating with clients and internal teams. ● Recording and documenting interventions in management systems, ensuring traceability and follow-up. ● Maintaining professional communication focused on customer satisfaction. We expect you to integrate technical knowledge related to the field (electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics), as well as customer-oriented and communication skills, since you will be in constant contact with clients and suppliers. Having a valid driver's license and availability to travel approximately twice a month to clients within a 300 km radius is required.
