Main Responsibilities: Verify the relevance and appropriateness of received applications, ensuring that information and prior process steps have not been compromised. Grant, suspend, renew, or withdraw certifications, ensuring justified decisions are clearly communicated. Handle appeals impartially and in accordance with established procedures. Issue certification documents and maintain an updated directory of certified products. Evaluate and address findings that may affect the validity of certifications. Participate in decisions related to non-conformities and adverse actions. Define and supervise necessary resources for tasks under supervision, including deadlines and services. Plan and monitor compliance with review and certification deadlines and objectives. Ensure team work quality and provide technical support in complex decisions. Implement and monitor staff qualification and training processes. Keep management informed about team challenges and issues. Propose improvements in process controls and efficiency. Ensure updating of systems used by LETIS. Coordinate internal and external audits and manage responses to Non-Conformities. Ensure team competence and qualifications, including hiring and evaluation processes. Ensure compliance with area norms, policies, and procedures. Update and optimize area manuals, instructions, and procedures. Maintain communication with accreditation bodies and handle complaints and corrective actions. Develop and control action plans to achieve area objectives. Provide semi-annual reports and participate in annual management reviews. Exclusive Requirements: University professional in related fields (Agricultural Engineering, Food Engineering, etc.). 3 years of experience in certification, accreditation, or related activities within agricultural or agro-industrial sectors. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, and management systems.
