* Strategic territory planning to develop new business and expand sales volume of technical service contracts, winback, upselling, and time \& material sales: Identify market opportunities that could impact improved results and/or increased upside, aligned with defined commercial targets.
* Development of local sales activities and plans based on global strategy to increase account penetration, enhance customer satisfaction, revenue, and business profitability.
* Drive customer focus and contribute to planning measures that increase the added value of our solutions and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
* Maintain active contact with our customers in the assigned territory, addressing their diverse requirements.
* Support strategic commercial development of key accounts.
* Conduct service demonstrations for customers and accompany equipment sales teams, emphasizing the added value and/or differentiators of products, solutions, and offerings within the assigned territory.
* Meet the demands of a portfolio of public and private customers, adapting to the specific differences and requirements of each.
* Actively communicate with internal stakeholders across the organization, practicing active listening and building close, trusting relationships to better align sales execution toward customers.
* Effectively manage internal and external resources, balancing cost, benefit, and quality.
**Your Attributes and Skills:**
* Professional with 4 or more years of experience in the healthcare sector.
* Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related field.
* Ability to independently handle multiple tasks with customer orientation, set priorities, and effectively manage time to resolve customer issues.
* Advanced negotiation, persuasion, deal-closing, and strong client relationship management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the public and private healthcare markets.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Ability to travel at least 40% of the time within the assigned region and to other national and international company events.
* Knowledge of the Imaging market and its key stakeholders.
