Focus on quality and attention to detail in welding and finishing At Consultores de Empresas, we are looking for individuals passionate about hands-on work and excellence in production to join as Welders-Assemblers at a leading industrial-sector company. Work Location and Modality Location: Los Molinos, Santa Fe. On-site modality. Working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00 hrs. What will be your main responsibilities? - Perform welding on metal structures, primarily using the MIG process - Assemble and install residential modules - Interpret basic blueprints for structural assembly - Measure, cut, and adjust metal parts according to specifications - Use manual and electric tools across various processes - Verify the quality and finish of each weld - Actively collaborate with the production team to meet objectives What is the purpose of this role? You will play a key role in constructing and assembling high-quality residential modules, ensuring strength, safety, and neatness in every project—always under strict production standards. Requirements to join our team: Mandatory: - Proven welding experience, preferably MIG - Prior experience assembling metal structures - Proficiency in using manual and electric tools - Knowledge of cutting, measuring, and assembling - Basic ability to read technical drawings - Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00 hrs.) and flexibility to extend working hours if required Desirable: - Previous work experience in metallurgical plants, construction companies, or similar production environments - Ability to adapt to dynamic production rhythms Valued Competencies: - Proactivity and dynamism - Responsibility and commitment - Teamwork - Attention to detail and quality in finishing - Autonomy and willingness to follow instructions. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School 1 year of experience
