We are currently seeking a Food \& Beverage Manager to join our outstanding team. **Position Mission:** Lead the hotel’s food and beverage operations to ensure achievement of established standards for food and beverage quality, guest service, and departmental revenue and profit goals. Ensure compliance with policies, support company initiatives, and promote a positive culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operations management** to ensure efficient and high-quality service. * **Menu planning and control**, working with the Chef to offer attractive options. * **Staff management and training** to maintain a motivated and efficient team. * **Inventory and cost control**, ensuring profitability and negotiating with suppliers. * **Compliance with food safety and health regulations**. * **Customer service**, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. * **Collaboration in marketing and promotions** to attract customers. * **Performance analysis** and financial reporting. * **Event management** related to food and beverage.
