Sales Supervisor (req199074) – Permanent We are recruiting for a major company in the mass consumption sector (kiosk products and cigarettes). Work Area: Venado Tuerto and surrounding towns (Firmat, Rufino, Route 33) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Employment Scheme: On-site Contract Type: Permanent What We Offer: Direct and stable incorporation. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of 6 sellers (5 delivery agents and 1 field sales representative). Develop the company’s presence in the area by acquiring new customers. Monitor sales, collections, and accounts receivable indicators. Collaborate in commercial planning and customer retention initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading commercial teams or distribution (mandatory). Knowledge of traditional trade channels or direct distribution. Commercial education or related fields (not mandatory). Personal transportation (preferred). Autonomous, practical, and results-oriented profile.
