Laboratorios Peyte is a company based in Venado Tuerto, which since 1982 has been dedicated to providing products and services for the Argentine agricultural sector. We are currently seeking a Semi-Senior Human Resources Analyst to join our team and support the organization’s growth, with a focus on people development, leadership strengthening, and organizational culture. We seek a candidate with a holistic vision, strong communication and negotiation skills, active listening, autonomy, a people-development orientation, and adaptability to manage changing contexts. Key Responsibilities: - Accompany leaders and middle managers in team management, goal setting, and capability development. - Design and maintain clear organizational structures with well-defined roles and responsibilities. - End-to-end management of employee attraction, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Administer the performance management system, supporting internal growth and development processes. - Identify training needs and coordinate hard and soft skill development activities. - Develop metrics and reports to support decision-making. - Drive organizational culture, internal communication, and change management initiatives. - Coordinate actions related to employee engagement, well-being, and employee experience. - Collaborate in the management and review of compensation and benefits policies. Requirements - Completed or advanced undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR areas, with emphasis on soft functions. - Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs, on-site at Venado Tuerto Industrial Park. - Additional training and experience in industrial environments will be highly valued.
