Structured as a matrix organization with six geographic regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company operates in over 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people globally. **Job Description** Lead the procurement commercial team to achieve volume origination, sales, and profitability targets, aligned with LDC's strategy (customer centricity, sustainability, digitalization, entrepreneurship). Serve as an internal reference for other LDC departments and as an external reference for clients and the community. * Develop and manage client portfolio, strengthening the LDC brand locally. * Monitor P&L and procurement budget. * Lead the development of the commercial team, aligned with LDC’s strategy. * Share relevant business information across various departments (planting intentions, yields, weather, financial situation, crop technologies, etc). * Coordinate with support departments (Industry, Dom Exe, Logistics, Risk, etc). * Define commercial terms with producers together with the Regional Manager. * Manage client portfolio and develop new prospects. * Originate grains and oilseeds (soybean, corn, wheat, sunflower, sorghum, barley). Focus on sustainability. * Monitor procurement trading position (to receive, to deliver, pricing, etc). * Sell fertilizers, agrochemicals, and seeds. Promote barter transactions. * Develop new products (Camelina, Carinata, sustainability programs). * Assess client needs and propose financing alternatives. Responsible for initial credit risk analysis and debt collection. * Interact with logistics coordinator to organize deliveries. * Coordinate with Industry Manager and plant supervisor on maintenance, improvements, safety, and quality at plants. * Control and provide initial approval for expenses and purchases. * Monitor and ensure P&L and budget compliance. **Requirements** Professionals with +7 years of experience in similar roles, holding degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
