Join a growing company! · At Ceta Capital Humano, we are looking for a Collections Agent to join a Commercial Equipment Company. · Position Objective: Responsible for telephonic collection management and monitoring geolocation data sent by branches to identify customer addresses for installment collection. · Main Responsibilities: Conduct fieldwork in assigned areas. Verify addresses, contact points, and payment commitment status. Deliver notices, letters, or debt notifications. Gather useful information for collection management. Coordinate field visits with the Collections Manager and assist in special cases. Report daily field findings or alerts. Record and update relevant customer or area data. Adhere to professional image and conduct protocols. Propose operational improvements to optimize field visits and routes. · Requirements: Completed Secondary Education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) — mandatory. Ability to track and control geolocation systems.
