The **purpose of the role is** to support the branch’s commercial management by providing customer advice and actively contributing to achieving commercial goals and customer satisfaction. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, commercial advisory, or similar roles (Mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience selling intangible products (Desirable) **Education** * Completed or advanced tertiary/university studies in fields such as Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related areas (Mandatory) **Languages** * Minimum English level required: Basic (Elementary or A\-1\) (Desirable) **Technical Skills** (Hard skills) * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel) (Desirable) * Experience using customer database and management tools (CRM, Salesforce, etc.) (Desirable) **Interpersonal Skills** (Soft skills) * Proactivity and autonomy (Mandatory) * Results orientation through problem-solving and management skills (Mandatory) * Empathy and closeness with customers (Mandatory) * Relationship-building and teamwork skills (Mandatory) * Flexibility to adapt to different business environments and scenarios (Mandatory) **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** Your contribution matters, and we recognize it.
