TGTHR is a founder\-led brand, built by operators with 40\+ years of combined experience across fashion, e\-commerce, and brand building. This role sits at the intersection of Shopify, conversion, operations, and brand. *You will be responsible for making sure the site is:* \- Clear \- Fast \- Conversion\-optimized \- Operationally tight \- On\-brand at all times *This is a hands\-on role. You will be in Shopify daily.* **Responsibilities** \- Own and manage the TGTHR Shopify store (front\-end \+ back\-end) \- Launch and manage products, collections, and drops \- Optimize PDPs, homepage, navigation, and checkout for conversion \- Implement and manage apps (subscriptions, bundles, upsells, analytics, etc.) \- Coordinate with creative (founder \+ designers) to execute site updates \- QA all site changes before they go live \- Monitor site performance, conversion rate, AOV, and funnel health \- Ensure all links, tracking, and customer flows work flawlessly \- Support operational workflows (inventory visibility, fulfillment logic, etc.) **What We’re Looking For** \- Deep familiarity with Shopify (at least 3 years of experience, ideally 5\+) \- Strong taste and attention to detail \- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks \- Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure \- Understands both brand and conversion \- Can follow instructions precisely **Nice to Have** \- Experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC \- Experience with drops, pre\-orders, or limited launches \- Familiarity with subscriptions and bundles \- Strong opinions backed by logic and data *Any links (where prompted below) provided must be accessible externally without requesting access. At **ECOLAB**, we are seeking an **Application Engineer** for our **NW Mining** division in **Perito Moreno or surrounding areas** In this role, you will be responsible for delivering specialized technical services and ongoing support at customer sites, ensuring the proper operation of water treatment systems and process products supplied by Nalco Water. **Responsibilities** * Provide on-site technical support weekly (Monday to Thursday), serving as Nalco Water’s primary point of contact for customer operations. * Conduct analytical monitoring of process streams (industrial waters and other circuits). * Perform chemical dosage adjustments (antiscalants, coagulants, flocculants) and provide technical recommendations. * Monitor product stock levels, consumption, and demand forecasts to ensure operational continuity. * Operate and maintain chemical dosing and control systems, verifying their correct functionality. * Install, retrieve, and analyze corrosion and scaling coupons. * Prepare and present daily and weekly reports, including trends, KPIs, and recommendations. * Propose process improvements using new technologies or Ecolab portfolio products. * Strictly comply with customer and Ecolab safety standards and policies. * Coordinate and participate in quarterly meetings with customer management, presenting results and work plans. * Train customer personnel on product usage, equipment handling, and best practices. * Standardize operations under defined application manuals and protocols. * Align objectives with the commercial team and support sales activities. * Provide occasional support to other mining accounts as needed. **Minimum Requirements** * Graduates in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within the mining industry or industrial water treatment. * Experience in operating and monitoring chemical programs, handling metering pumps, and water analysis. * Intermediate English (Desirable) * Valid driver’s license * Willingness and ability to travel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of management systems, SCADA, or PLCs (desirable) **Location:** Perito Moreno or surrounding areas (Las Heras, Los Antiguos, Sarmiento, Río Mayo, Pico Truncado) **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
