Act as the liaison between customer needs and company solutions, ensuring competitive and sustainable positioning. * Identify business opportunities across the PoC channel (e.g., clinics, laboratories, hospitals, pharmacies, etc.). * Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring long\-term relationships and customer loyalty. * Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and discount policies, seeking balance between volume and margin. * Adopt a consultative approach with customers and business partners (BPs), understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. * Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Training, and Technical Support teams to implement integrated projects. * Monitor KPIs and sales performance, proposing action plans for corrective measures and improvements. * Map stakeholders and influencers involved in purchasing decisions. * Track market trends, competition, and sector regulations. **Your attributes and skills:** * Completed higher education degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biology, or related fields).
