We are seeking a Digital Commerce Analyst for the eCommerce area within our Direct-to-Consumer business unit (ClubdeBeneficios.com and EnCombo.com.ar). POSITION PURPOSE Are you passionate about e-commerce and optimizing the consumer experience? We are looking for a Digital Commerce Analyst who combines creativity, analytics, and execution to strengthen our digital channel. You will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure our websites remain up-to-date, engaging, and competitive. KEY OBJECTIVES: • Ensure accurate display and enrichment of the e-commerce catalog, optimizing processes jointly with the Commercial and Marketing teams. • Guarantee timely and accurate loading and updating of site content (banners, sliders, landing pages), under supervision of the Marketing Lead. • Contribute to continuous improvement of the user experience (UX) on the site through monitoring, adjustments, and collaboration with the Platform team. • Support business competitiveness through pricing analysis, trend tracking, and rapid response to commercial opportunities. • Participate in strategic planning of campaigns and activations, contributing innovative ideas and ensuring correct execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Execute e-commerce catalog enrichment (individual products and bundles), including images, descriptions, information, and classification. • Load site content (sliders, banners, and other elements) accurately and on time, under supervision of the Marketing Lead. • Keep campaign-, launch-, or strategically relevant category-specific landing pages up to date. • Interact with the creative agency to request hero images and visual materials needed to enrich the site. • Periodically monitor site functionality (links, images, page loading) to ensure a seamless, error-free user experience. • Participate in activity calendar planning alongside Marketing and Commercial teams, contributing innovative ideas for campaigns and activations. • Prepare reports on brand activations across the sites, coordinated with the Commercial team. • Analyze pricing reports to assess business competitiveness at category, segment, and product levels, supporting decision-making regarding portfolio and suppliers. • Act swiftly on daily price opportunities identified, collaborating closely with the Commercial team. • Conduct comprehensive control and follow-up of the SKU management lifecycle, generating periodic reports, issuing alerts, and coordinating with the Commercial team to maintain a healthy portfolio for the business. • Monitor competitor websites to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with the Platform team on implementing new features or enhancements to improve site UX. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY? • Advanced student or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. • Desired experience in commercial analysis, e-commerce, or digital marketing. • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as Power BI. • Knowledge of CMS (e.g., Magento) is a plus. • Competencies: organization, attention to detail, proactivity, analytical ability, teamwork.
