Join our team! We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor for our plant in Mataderos, CABA. **Main responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise all workshop activities. Ensure adherence to production deadlines and quality standards for marble, granite, and synthetic surface work. Guarantee the proper use and maintenance of CNC machines, equipment, and hand tools. Organize work processes to maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient environment. Lead and motivate the workforce, consisting of approximately 15 employees (cutters, CNC operators, polishers, installers, and assistants). **Preferred location:** Mataderos, Villa Lugano, and surrounding areas (CABA).
