The **Young Professionals (YP) Program** offers you concrete challenges from day one, **your own project**, and mentorship from area experts to accelerate your learning. **What are we looking for?** We seek candidates who can develop as specialists in **Compensation**, delivering analysis and insights that strengthen key Human Resources decisions. You will work with data, processes, and dashboards used at the corporate level. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administration and monitoring of compensation for Techint Group’s corporate area. Proposals for hiring, salary increases, and international assignments. * Market competitiveness analysis. Development of salary scales. * Consolidation, monitoring, and control of payroll processing for overseas personnel. * Preparation and monitoring of the personnel cost budget. * Provide functional support and maintenance for the internal compensation system (data validation, basic parameterization, and testing of new functionalities). * Design and maintain reports in Power BI. * YP Project: You will lead an annual project sponsored by the area, with quarterly deliverables. **Requirements:** * Graduated no more than three years ago in Public Accounting, Business Administration, and/or Human Resources. * Prior experience in similar roles (desirable). * Advanced Excel (mandatory) and Power BI (desirable). * Interest in data, processes, and continuous improvement; attention to detail and traceability. * Intermediate English (desirable).
