Coordinate with other Business Technology (TdN) areas on internal priorities and infrastructure for internal software developments to meet business needs. Define and monitor secure development best practices aligned with the organization’s cybersecurity policies. Ensure proper operation of all applications currently in use across the organization. Monitor KPI performance trends and propose corrective actions in case of deviations. Stay informed about emerging technology and software development trends to assess and adopt new technologies that enhance development efficiency and quality. Manage change and ensure the development team is prepared to adapt to new technologies and approaches. **MAIN TASKS** Hold daily follow-up meetings with team members to assign tasks and monitor progress. Supervise each stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with development standards and proper documentation. Hold weekly meetings with other Business Technology (TdN) departments to define priorities. Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies where relevant to improve software development efficiency and quality. Manage third-party software development vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. Manage timely and effective corrective and preventive application maintenance. Ensure stable and scalable operations while promoting reuse of routines, libraries, etc. Provide continuous, proactive technical support to each team member to ensure individual success in projects. **POSITION COMPETENCIES** **Academic Background** **Secondary Education** **Tertiary Education** **University / Postgraduate Degree** **X** **Field of Study:** Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines **Languages / Proficiency Level (*****Basic / Intermediate / Advanced*****):** Advanced English **IT Skills:** Office 365, Programming languages and databases.
