Description

Job Summary: Controls and assembles products for sales orders, verifies their condition, manages the sales system, and assists in organizing and cleaning the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and assembly of products according to delivery priority 2. Verification of stock status and availability 3. Management of sales systems and shipping documentation Control assembled products for sales orders as indicated by assembly instructions and the system, based on delivery priority (COUNTER, TURBO, COLLECTION, FLEX, ROUTE SHEET). ● Verify that the product is in optimal condition for dispatch. ● Record assembly in the sales system. ● Specify the number of packages in route sheet orders. ● Print labels for route sheet shipments. ● Generate and print the packing list in the system to attach to route sheet merchandise for shipment. ● Monitor merchandise prepared for Mercado Full shipments. ● Archive verified assembly orders. ● Distribute verified sales orders to the packaging area. ● Return surplus products from sales assembly back to stock. ● Request missing products from assemblers during sales assembly. ● Maintain order and cleanliness in the area. ● Assist with tasks assigned by the area supervisor in other warehouse departments. Assemble sales orders as indicated by assembly instructions, based on delivery priority (COUNTER, TURBO, COLLECTION, FLEX, ROUTE SHEET). ● Assemble products for Mercado Full shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging. ● Verify stock availability across different warehouses. ● Confirm merchandise placement in designated locations. ● Check that products are fit for shipment. ● Distribute assembled orders to control zones. ● Maintain order and cleanliness across all warehouse areas. ● Assist with any other tasks within the Warehouse Department as assigned by the area supervisor.
