Build end-to-end production solutions **Backend AI Engineer (SR) – Python / LangGraph / Azure (Hybrid)** Argentina \| Hybrid Full-time **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Backend AI Engineer to join the initial formation phase of a central AI and data platform within a leading technology company delivering solutions for large corporations. You will have the opportunity to build architectures from scratch with real product ownership and cross-organizational impact. **What You'll Do** * Design AI agent architectures from scratch: ReAct agents, Deep Agents, and multi-agent architectures * Technically lead the AI backend component in direct coordination with the Senior Architect * Build end-to-end production solutions with real product ownership * Develop APIs in Python to expose artificial intelligence capabilities * Develop evaluation agents, skills, and sub-agents with an LLM-native focus * Integrate LLMs (external APIs and proprietary models) and manage the AI model lifecycle * Connect solutions with multiple data sources and optimize performance, latency, and costs on Azure * Serve as a technical mentor and reference for the team's AI Engineer SSR * Proactively use code agents (Claude Code, Codex, or others) to accelerate development * Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and weekly releases **What We're Looking For** * Proven experience developing AI solutions in enterprise production environments * Proficiency in **Python** for backend development * Solid experience with agent frameworks: **LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen**, or equivalents * Knowledge of Azure: **Azure AI, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Storage** * Experience with databases and query optimization: **PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, and Delta Lake** * DevOps practices: **Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps** **Work Modality** * Buenos Aires: hybrid (2 days per week in office) * Córdoba: hybrid (1 day every 15 days in office) * Rest of the country: 100% remote **Benefits** * Top-tier health insurance * Connectivity allowance * Company-funded training and certifications * Personalized career plan and continuous training * Birthday leave day * Welcome kit * Discounts on education (Siglo 21 and Coderhouse) * Partnerships with Unilever, Tienda Molinos, and other companies **Application** * If this is you, apply here now! * If it’s not you, share it with your colleagues!
