Join a global, diverse, and inclusive team with travel benefits Role Responsibilities Manage the Sourcing team operations aligned with the company’s OTD (On\-Time Delivery) objectives, ensuring information is properly updated across systems. Identify, map, and develop local and regional suppliers. Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers and monitor achieved marginal profitability. Ensure suppliers meet delivery commitments while maintaining updated order statuses and delivery dates. Coordinate orders with the Sales, Logistics, Administration, and Finance departments. Reduce additional lead times in delivery processes. Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes. We're a IT hardware procurement and logistics company growing 4x year\-over\-year. We buy, ship, and track IT hardware across the Americas — servers, networking, AV, and now AI infrastructure (GPUs). Our customers include Google, Oracle, Meta, Snowflake, Tesla, and Netflix. We operate in 15\+ countries with our own warehouse in Miami, coordinate our own international freight, and run an e\-commerce platform with real\-time pricing from distributor APIs. We are building the B2B Amazon for IT hardware — and we need the technical leader to make that real. Requisitos Requirements \& Skills 5\+ years of experience in similar roles, preferably within procurement, purchasing, or supply chain areas. Experience working with Odoo. Advanced English level (mandatory). Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese is a plus. Desired Knowledge \& Experience To successfully perform in this role, the candidate should have experience and knowledge in: End\-to\-end purchasing and procurement processes. Building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships. Commercial negotiation and vendor management. Structuring and managing basic commercial agreements.
