You will foster a collaborative work environment and support teams. A leading industrial company is seeking a Production Planner for its offices in Bangkok. Your Responsibilities: • Schedule production at the manufacturing plant. • Contribute to developing the strategic roadmap and be responsible for its execution. • Optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and inventory objectives. • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and implement improvements. • Provide direction, delegate tasks, and remove obstacles to achieve goals. • Ensure appropriate departmental coverage and backup support as needed. • Support other plants and/or planning teams as required. • Foster a collaborative work environment. Key Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in planning, logistics, or manufacturing. • Proficiency in an ERP system, advanced planning system, analytical system, or equivalent. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to make decisions and build consensus among stakeholders. • Experience managing ambiguous and complex situations. • Some experience resolving conflicts effectively and discreetly.
