Position Summary: We are seeking a Regional Controller to lead management control, ensure reliable financial information, and participate in the transformation toward digital financial services. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic partner to the CFO and business units, influencing key decisions. 2. Leads regional management control and Budget/Forecast processes. 3. Actively participates in the evolution toward digital financial solutions. At GLEX, we are currently leading the search for a Regional Controller to join the Finance team of a company with strong regional presence, which is currently driving a strategic transformation toward a digital financial services and payment solutions model. We seek a professional with a business-oriented mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for influencing strategic decisions—acting as a true partner to the CFO and various organizational functions. Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Regional scope: Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia Team size: 2–3 people Reports directly to the CFO What will be your challenge? * Lead regional management control and ensure reliable, timely financial information for decision-making. * Drive the Budget and Rolling Forecast processes in collaboration with commercial teams across countries. * Design and monitor efficiency, productivity, and profitability KPIs by country and business line. * Oversee accounting processes, financial statements, tax compliance, and internal controls within a regional operation. * Prepare executive presentations for the CFO and Board, transforming data into strategic business insights. * Actively contribute to the company’s evolution toward new digital financial solutions, providing a finance, analytics, and control perspective. We are looking for professionals with: * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 8–10 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Financial Planning, or related areas. * Experience leading Management Control, Budget, Forecast, and regional financial analysis processes. * Solid knowledge of accounting processes, financial compliance, and multi-currency operations. * Experience leading teams and interfacing with the Board, senior management, and commercial units. * Interest in dynamic environments involving organizational transformation and evolution toward digital financial models.
