Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to ensure the development of high-value solutions by designing architectures and scalable components within the Python ecosystem. Continuous delivery of value through integration and data processing solutions We are looking for a **Senior Python Engineer** residing in **Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Córdoba, or nearby areas**, **with no English requirement**, to join **fintech projects!** ##### **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** ###### **Mandatory:** * \+5 years of experience with Python * \+4 years of robust experience operating in cloud environments using AWS. * \+4 years of experience working with TypeScript * Proven experience orchestrating containers using Kubernetes in large-scale projects. * Advanced proficiency and configuration of CI/CD pipelines using automation tools such as GitHub or GitLab. * Technical judgment and pragmatism to apply Artificial Intelligence tools as daily development accelerators. * Knowledge and design of automated tests and technical documentation to ensure clean integrations. * Experience collaborating in teams operating under agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Familiarity with sprint-based task management and an iterative, value-driven delivery approach. ###### **Desirable** * Experience working in fintech or banking institutions ###### **Soft Skills** * Genuine interest in understanding the scope, impact, and responsibility of operating within Naranja X’s financial ecosystem. * Strong desire to continuously learn, research, and drive innovation within the team. * Ability to manage changing priorities in an organized and autonomous manner, focusing on problem resolution. * Capacity to collaborate with high-performance technical teams in a dynamic and challenging environment. * Proactivity and natural willingness to tackle complex challenges and push technical standards forward. ##### **OFFERING:** * **Salary range**: 6 to 6\.5M ARS gross, negotiable * **Adjustments**: Semi-annual, based on inflation * **Employment type**: Employment relationship or Contractor in ARS * **Contract duration**: Indefinite * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, full-time, 9 AM to 6 PM * **Work modality**: Remote work with **monthly in-person meetings** at offices * **Office locations**: CABA (Chacarita) and Córdoba Capital (City Center) ##### **ROLE DESCRIPTION** The candidate joining the team must guarantee the development of high-value business solutions, demonstrating **strong architecture design capabilities and the ability to build scalable components**, aligned with the Organization’s ecosystem requirements.
