Join our team and what we'll accomplish together Generate qualified sales opportunities for the sales teams across Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, and other assigned regions through market research, lead generation, outbound prospecting, and prospect qualification activities.**What You'll Do** * Identify target companies based on the industries and markets defined by the organization. * Research and build prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Snov.io, and other prospecting tools. * Identify decision-makers within target organizations. * Execute prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and initial outreach calls. * Generate qualified meetings for Sales Executives across different regions. * Follow up with prospects until a commercial meeting is secured. * Maintain up-to-date contact, account, and activity information in Salesforce. * Support market segmentation and demand generation strategies. * Collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution and follow-up activities. * Prepare prospecting reports and track sales KPI performance. * Participate in sales strategy meetings and pipeline analysis. **What You Bring** * 1 year of experience in sales prospecting, lead generation, business development, or B2B/B2C sales. * Previous experience in corporate markets or business services is preferred. * Advanced student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. * Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Experience using automation and prospecting tools such as Apollo, Snov.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of outbound prospecting methodologies. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and commercial analytics tools. **About Us** -------------------- We are a people-, client-, and goal-focused team that collaborates, innovates, and delivers positive impact daily.
