A leading waste collection company seeks a Maintenance Manager with holistic vision, proven leadership, and a strong focus on operational excellence and quality management. This role is critical to ensuring optimal fleet availability. Key Responsibilities The role encompasses technical fleet management. 1. Fleet and Workshop Technical Management: Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate workshop teams (shift management, productivity, training). Electromechanical Maintenance: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy-duty fleets (collection trucks, support units, etc.), guaranteeing maximum operational availability. Logistics and Procurement: Manage procurement for the department (supplier selection, quality, costs) and ensure validity of insurance policies, VTVs (vehicle technical inspections), and warranties for spare parts, engines, and repairs. Productivity: Design and implement productivity spreadsheets with ongoing evaluations. Preferred Qualifications: Proven Experience: Solid background in electromechanical maintenance of heavy-duty fleets. Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in logistics regulations and IRAM 14001 and 45001 standards. Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and train work teams (command and leadership capacity). Digital Tools: Full proficiency in PC usage, management systems, and area-specific software.
