We seek a candidate with solid industrial project experience, leadership capability, and an integrated vision to coordinate teams, resources, and processes in highly demanding operational environments. **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** ------------------------------------ * **Education:** Graduate in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Language:** Technical English (desirable). * **Knowledge:** Comprehensive management of industrial construction projects; project planning and monitoring; resource management and cost control; interpretation of technical drawings and documentation; contractor and subcontractor management; productivity and progress indicators; Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems. * **Competencies:** Leadership; planning and organizational skills; results orientation; decision-making ability; management of multidisciplinary teams; effective communication; and negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** ------------------------------------------- * Coordinate on-site activities to ensure compliance with scope, deadlines, and committed production objectives. * Lead and coordinate the work of specialty supervisors, planners, quality personnel, and other resources involved in the project. * Serve as the operational liaison with the client, managing priorities, requirements, constraints, and deviations. * Ensure appropriate allocation and utilization of human, material, and equipment resources to maximize productivity. * Promote compliance with applicable Safety, Hygiene, Environmental, and Quality standards for operations. * Monitor progress, productivity, and performance indicators, implementing improvement actions to ensure contractual objective achievement. **Position Information** -------------------------- * **Work Location:** La Plata Industrial Complex (C.I.L.P.). * **Work Modality:** On-site.
