The main objective of this position is to provide support to healthcare plan members and clients, achieving medical care through efficient communication with the member/client, prioritizing high-quality service and customer care. **Main responsibilities include:** Providing telephone support to members and clients. Taking and entering orders into the system. Performing general administrative tasks for the department. Following up on requests. **Workplace:** San Telmo **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. Proud of who we are.
