We have an opportunity for you! We’re looking for someone to join our **Money Desk** ✨ as a **Junior Position Controller**. This role will **contribute to consolidating and monitoring Cocos’ daily position**: reconciling balances, reconciling with custodians and banks, assisting in identifying discrepancies, and analyzing balance variations. The objective is to work on daily operations to ensure information integrity for the Money Desk, detect deviations, and propose process improvements. This is a **full-time**, **on-site** position at our offices located in **Florida, Vicente López**. ### **What will you do daily?** * Participate in building the daily monetary position per currency, consolidating data from banks, markets, and internal systems. * Record and monitor monetary movements, investment funds (FCI), guarantees, sureties, and transfers. * Reconcile balances across internal systems, banks, markets, and other external sources. * Identify discrepancies, analyze their origin, and follow up until resolution. * Validate data consistency prior to daily close. * Analyze balance and position variations and draft preliminary explanations. * Escalate discrepancies requiring intervention from Back Office, Accounting, or Administration. * Collaborate on continuous improvement of controls and processes. ### **What are we looking for in this role?** * Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of capital markets, financial products, and investment funds (FCI) (preferred). * Analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. ### **What’s it like to work at Cocos?** * We’re a Fintech that doesn’t believe in limits: we set challenging goals and constantly strive to surpass ourselves. * We learn on the move—we’re curious, agile, and love experimenting and improving. * We value every voice and believe there’s always something new to learn. * We have a talented, friendly, and motivated team eager to build transformative things. * We foster a culture centered on financial education, innovation, and collaboration. * We bet on both company growth and the growth of the people who make it up.
