Opportunities for professional growth and development Senior Functional Analyst At América Virtual, we are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to work on important projects within the Public Administration. The role’s mission is to ensure that developed systems are functional, efficient, and satisfying for end users, acting as a liaison between the client and technical teams. Responsibilities Functional requirements analysis, design, and elicitation. Creation and maintenance of functional documentation. Project tracking and support to development teams. Client interaction for requirement gathering, progress meetings, and validations. Support and collaboration in QA tasks and test execution tracking. Proposal of improvements and value-added contributions to assigned projects. Requirements and Technical Knowledge Experience and proficiency in SQL queries. Knowledge and experience in: DFD, DTE, DER. UML (use case description). JIRA usage and agile methodologies (Sprints). Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional descriptions. Knowledge of functional module and application interface design. Knowledge of Web Services. Experience in creating user and application manuals. Knowledge of C and .NET. Experience with services, microservices, and APIs. Databases: MySQL and MongoDB. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in tax-related systems or projects (desirable). Experience and Competencies Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in similar roles. Strong interpersonal skills. Communication, negotiation, and client-facing capabilities.
