Apply now and grow together Role Mission Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows and integrations among Persat’s core systems (Odoo, PlanHat, HubSpot, Intercom, and internal services), using No-Code/Low-Code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier). This role is critical to enabling Persat to operate as a highly automated SaaS platform—standardized processes, consistent data, and fully integrated systems. Each team member owns their project (ownership), manages their own time, and works autonomously—coordinating with other departments only when necessary. Key Responsibilities Design and implement automation workflows using No-Code/Low-Code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n). Build and maintain integrations between Odoo, HubSpot, PlanHat, Intercom, and internal systems via APIs, webhooks, and connectors. Configure and optimize ETL (extraction, transformation, loading) processes to ensure data quality and availability. Map and understand business processes to translate them into functional, scalable automations. Document workflows, functional criteria, and technical dependencies for each automation. Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across cross-departmental processes. Collaborate with the CIO and department leads to understand functional requirements and propose technical solutions. Ensure every integration is robust, traceable, and easy to maintain. Requirements: Requirements Mandatory Experience using at least one No-Code/Low-Code tool: Make, n8n, or Zapier. Knowledge of data flows, conditional logic, and business processes. Ability to read and understand technical documentation and REST APIs. Basic knowledge of JSON, webhooks, and data structures. Ownership mindset and structured, process-oriented thinking. Proactivity in researching, learning, and proposing improvements. Clear communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with non-technical teams. Analytical ability to interpret data and understand system interdependencies. Desirable Ability to read or write TypeScript code (not mandatory). Experience with ERPs, CRMs, or CSPs (Odoo, HubSpot, PlanHat, Intercom). Prior experience in system automation or integration. Knowledge of ETL and data transformation.
