Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality of digital products by identifying defects and enhancing the user experience, with a focus on detail and continuous improvement. At Bunker, we are looking for a **QA Analyst** to join our technology team, working closely with development and product teams to guarantee the quality of our solutions. We seek someone with an analytical mindset, a keen eye for detail, and enthusiasm for contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and products. ### **Responsibilities** * Design and execute test cases (manual and/or automated). * Identify, document, and report defects. * Ensure functional and non-functional product quality. * Collaborate with development and product teams in resolving incidents. * Validate new features prior to release. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes. * Comply with policies and procedures defined in the company's SGS. * \+5 years of experience in manual and/or automated testing. * Experience in prompt design and optimization, with knowledge of context engineering to improve the quality and accuracy of AI model responses. * Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress or similar). * Experience in API testing. * Knowledge of frameworks such as Jest, Mocha or others. * Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and agile methodologies. * Knowledge of performance testing and/or data-based testing (desirable). * Experience with ETLs and production monitoring (desirable). * Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. ### **Work Modality** Modality: Hybrid – two days per week in the office. Location: Argentina.
