Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Photopolymer Mounter to prepare and precisely mount clichés in flexographic printing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the precise mounting of photopolymer plates according to specifications 2. Verification of alignment and registration to prevent press errors 3. Quality control of plates prior to printing We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically experienced **Photopolymer Mounter** to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and mounting clichés or plates onto cylinders or sleeves, ensuring maximum precision for flexographic printing processes. **Responsibilities:** * Mount photopolymer plates following work order specifications. * Verify alignment and registration to prevent press errors. * Conduct quality control of plates before delivery to printing. * Maintain and clean mounting equipment. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the **flexible packaging** industry (preferred). * Technical knowledge of polymeric materials and mounting adhesives. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and color registration charts. * Meticulous individual with excellent visual acuity.
