Lead the comprehensive procurement strategy for the Technology \& Mobile category, ensuring efficient supply management, development of strategic supplier relationships, and leadership of the procurement team—with a focus on results, continuous improvement, and internal customer service. **Your key challenges will be:** You will oversee a team of buyers and analysts, fostering their professional growth. * Support internal customers by guaranteeing quality and visibility in deliveries. * Set goals, improve commercial terms, and promote continuous improvement initiatives. * Lead and coordinate the team of buyers and analysts—defining objectives, priorities, and working guidelines—while supporting their professional development through performance tracking and ongoing feedback. * Define and execute the procurement strategy for Smartphones and Accessories, aligned with business objectives, ensuring competitive commercial terms and product availability. * Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle—from planning and negotiation with strategic suppliers to monitoring supply and delivery fulfillment. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers, evaluating their performance and driving improvement opportunities. * Provide support and advisory services to internal customers, collaborating closely with Commercial, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams. * Analyze management metrics, identify deviations and supply risks, and propose continuous improvement actions for processes, costs, and service levels. **What we need from you:** * Minimum of 3 years in similar roles leading direct procurement teams and experience negotiating with suppliers. * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory), strong Excel skills, and experience with **SAP**. * Strategic thinking with a results orientation, analytical capability, and experience managing KPIs. * Strong negotiation, influence, and adaptability skills in dynamic environments. * Simplicity in your thinking and execution. * Service-oriented mindset. * Leadership **This position is based in CABA**
