Planning and Control Define and manage the master production plan, aligned with demand and installed capacity. Monitor production schedules, optimizing resource utilization and operational efficiency. Process Optimization Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving yields. Lead engineering, automation, and technological upgrade projects. Quality and Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards, GMP, HACCP, and ISO, guaranteeing food safety. People Management Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of development, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Drive training and enhancement of team technical competencies. Budget and Costs Develop, manage, and control the industrial area budget. Analyze cost variances and propose optimization measures. Requirements **Education:** Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years in industrial leadership roles within food or mass consumer goods plants. Technical knowledge: Food processing, industrial maintenance, project management, process engineering, food quality and safety regulations. We will favor candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, effective communication, results orientation, change management, and collaborative work skills.
