### **Description and Requirements**
Incentive \& Commissions Analyst
This position is responsible to process monthly Incentives and Commissions for the Lenovo North America Sales team based on a segment allocation. This process requires strong analytic and data management skills for reviewing, tracking, and processing commissions while ensuring accuracy and timely payments. This position will specifically be focused on tracking and applying cost credits and funding adjustments to commissions attainment.
**Core Responsibilities:**
* Own daily monitoring, analysis, and resolution of attainment\-related tickets, ensuring issues are accurately reflected in sales attainment and downstream reporting.
* Validate that ticket resolutions are fully implemented and visible in seller\-facing tools and internal reporting.
* Partner cross\-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to drive efficient resolution and remove blockers.
* Produce and leverage data analytics to track ticket performance and identify systemic issues.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and reporting related to attainment and quota operations.
* Provide hands\-on operational support at the beginning of each quarter to ensure successful quota deployment.
**Position Requirements:*** Bachelor's Degree or student in Business Administration (or other related studies).
* Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be able to perform functions within Excel in order to manipulate and calculate data for analysis.
* Strong Interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate and present to Sales Management.
* Time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
* Knowledge of SQL is a plus (Hyperion Interactive Reporting).
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrate discretion in dealing with personally sensitive commissions and payment data.
