Escalation point for complex technical issues Synchro Technologies S.A., a company providing technological infrastructure services, is looking for a Windows and Linux Operating Systems Leader to join our team, responsible for addressing and resolving incidents and projects for our clients. The main responsibilities include: Leading the technical team in operating system management. Coordinating infrastructure projects related to the implementation of emerging technologies. Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Maintaining up-to-date documentation of operational procedures, configurations, and system architectures. Developing and standardizing procedures for incident and change management. Installing, configuring, and administering virtual and physical servers. Administering Microsoft systems/environments: Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and all their roles (ADFS, PrintServer, RDS, IIS, etc.). Administering and configuring virtualized environments: VMware vSphere 6.5 or higher, vSAN, vSR, and vRealize. Administering and configuring devices (Routers, Switches, Access Points). Requirements: Experience managing infrastructure projects from planning through implementation. At least 4 years of server administration experience. Relevant certifications (MCSE, RHCE, etc.). Experience in virtualization and cloud technologies. Understanding of networking and communication protocols. Competencies: Leadership and team management skills. Ability to efficiently resolve technical problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Proactivity and ability to work in dynamic environments. · Location: Parque Patricios - CABA. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Availability required for weekly rotating on-call duties.
